Uchenna Odi

He currently works with Aramco Americas, where he combines deep technical expertise with data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Holding both a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA, Dr. Odi is also an accomplished researcher and published author with a passion for advancing technology, operational excellence, and the future of digital energy.

Sarah Jane Sherman is a global supply chain executive with 30+ years of leadership across energy, LNG, offshore, oil and gas, maritime, and manufacturing. As Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Excelerate Energy, she leads global sourcing, contracting, procurement, and logistics for critical energy infrastructure worldwide. She previously held senior roles at SBGS/Fugro, PetroSaudi, ONGC Videsh, Weatherford International, and Saint-Gobain, and serves on the ISM Houston Advisory Executive Board. Sarah holds an MBA and master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and International Logistics, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Since joining Petrobras in 2009, he has held key roles in systems analysis, automation, offshore telecommunications, and IT operations.
With a background in Computer Science and specialisations in Control and Instrumentation Engineering from UCL, Halen also holds an MBA in Project Management and a Master’s in Business Management. His expertise lies in bridging IT and OT to deliver integrated, real-time solutions that support Petrobras’s digital transformation goals.
